We've been happy patients of Dr. Tedder over two years now. We were referred to Dr. Tedder from Dr. Kodama for my dad after repeated complaints about his vision and following the instructions of his then opthomologist. Well, it turns out my dad didn't need new glasses, but he needed cataracts surgery which was correctly diagnosed by Dr. Tedder. My dad's vision is fine now, thanks to Dr. Tedder. She is extremely patient (my dad is 86 with mobility issues) and very knowledgeable about her field. Her office staff are very professional and efficient. I myself have changed over to Dr. Tedder and have seen her 3X so far, very happy with the medical services so far.

Terrible experience. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I recently had a sliver taken out of my eyelid. I thought I’d try Daily’s so I went in for fitting. The doctor didn’t even ask about my procedure and didn’t know I wore readers. The Dailys didn’t work with my readers. I called to express my frustration. Zero follow up from that doctor or Tedder. I went back to extended wear. Days later, still no follow up. Today I asked them to email my recent “test” Rx. I got a big attitude from their customer service rep who told me she had no idea what Rx I was wearing. I guess they’ve become so successful they don’t care about their old customers. Very disappointed.

Dr. Tedder is the best optometrist in Moorpark. You won’t go wrong with choosing her for your family’s eye care.
