Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Heitmeier performed an extremely thorough eye exam, explained everything in great detail, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was incredibly friendly and made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. Autumn, the office manager/superhero, was equally amazing — pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She handled all of the insurance paperwork, clearly explained exactly what my out-of-pocket costs would be, and helped fit me for glasses that fit perfectly. The entire office was professional, welcoming, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation to all of my friends and family.
