It's the worst place I have ever been to. I took my 6 yr old to get glasses and they said he's ok, he might or might not need glasses. Took him back months later and he said his eyes drastically changed and he definitely needs glasses. They said the glasses would take about two weeks to arrive because they're private insurance. It took over a month to arrive. The second pair I ordered took over two months to arrive. I was so upset I asked for the manager to call me and no one ever did. They open only on Tuesdays and Thursdays and some Saturdays. It seems to me like they order their glasses from China or something because when I asked why it's taking so long they didn't want to say.this place is very unprofessional and dismissive of customer concerns. Even Walmart does a better job at prescribing and following through with customer relations. Would not recommend. They appear legitimate and professional, but it's not. The doctor also rushed us in and out. I'm seeking a different optometrist for my boy. I took a look at some reviews of the place before going and it seems like they're friends or something. Not real customers. Look on yelp for more honest reviews.
