They were all very nice. Dr. Christensen was very good at explaining everything and very personable. There was an issue with my insurance and Dr. Christensen's staff bent over backwards to help! I couldn't ask for more or better! Thanks!

DR. Christensen is the best optometrist. He is kind, professional, has a fun sense of humor and has empathy for his patients. I have shopped around and there is no one like Dr. C.

I feel weird writing this review, considering it's basically the only negative one, but I've been putting it off long enough. I scheduled my eye exam and glasses appt 4 months in advance. It was the soonest available appointment at the time last year. I arrived 10 minutes early, filled out the paperwork. Everyone was very polite. My appointment was at 3:00. I had another appointment at 5:30 somewhere else, and none of my eye exams have ever taken more than an hour, so I figured this was plenty of time. I waited around long enough that the receptionist offered to let me browse frames while I waited, saying the Dr was a bit backed up. It was almost 3:30 when I finally got to the back. And the first room wasn't even with Mark. An assistant had me use these weird VR goggles which had legally binding agreements you had to read, acknowledge, and agree to using the headset. And then they stopped working constantly. There were two different ones, and both gave me massive troubles with failing to connect to their servers or not accepting inputs. And the assistant working with me was very clear that it wasn't my fault and that this just happened sometimes. We went through this whole process, which took over half an hour on its own, just to be told that my eyes are strained sometimes when looking at certain distances. This was not news to me, and had they told me that's what they were testing for, I could have told them as much and skipped the entire process. But one of the devices, it turns out, was simply a sales tool to try and push some fancy corrective lens type onto customers. Which I declined. No less than twenty minutes was wasted entirely trying to troubleshoot a waste of time sales pitch for a product I didn't want, that they didn't tell me it was for before I started doing it. Then they took me over to the actual exam room after this. I then waited another half hour before Mark ever came in to see me. When he did, he introduced himself, thanked me for being patient, and then immediately excused himself to go back to the other patient he was with before. My appointment was at 3. It was now past 4:30 before the exam actually started with the Dr. I had left work several hours early to be here, at an appointment I scheduled many months in advance, arrived on time, and they still made my experience poor. If you only have one man to do exams, it shouldn't be all that difficult to know how to schedule them. It didn't go much better once my exam started regardless, he finally came back around 4:45, made a few puns that I responded to in kind just to get a blank stare back, and began going over my detailed eye photos the assistant had taken. He spent a solid 5 minutes explaining this one single mass in my eye, telling me what it could possibly be and what it would mean for me, how he doesn't think it's a problem now but it could be later on, and how he knew what it could be based on the shape and size, etc, on and on. He clicked to the next photo and discovered it was a spec of dust on the camera lens. That's it. It was a spec of dust. That was in every single photo of my eyes in the same spot of the frame. After he spent several minutes monologuing about how he had seen these before and how it may be a concern to my health at some point. Absolutely never experienced anything like that in my life, out of dozens and dozens of eye exams over the years. He then got to the prescription updating portion of the exam, which did not go very smoothly despite my making clear 1 and 2, a and b remarks about which one is better or worse. By the end of it, I thought I had the best prescription I could get. I was very wrong, or my eyes immediately changed after this appointment, because one eye is clearly blurrier than the other all the time with my glasses I got here. I definitely like the options they offered for the lenses themselves, which were more extensive than I'm used to. But the prices weren't great. And I was there for over 3 hours. Overall, just a poor experience for me here. Won't be back. Staff are very kind though.

Dr. Christensen is kind, gentle, experienced O.D. He was very thoroughly with his examination. His staff was very friendly and supportive. His office is equipped with all kind of modern equipment. I highly recommend to anyone who seeks a super knowledgeable Eye Doctor.
