I paid a 5 dollar balance over a year ago but they refuse to check their own accounting. I told them the date my bank said they cashed the check and asked them to check their records. Instead they said they refused to argue with me. They continue to harass me monthly for the 5 dollars I paid in March 2025. They obviously still do their accounting manually and refuse to admit mistakes. Take your chances or find someone that either has a billing department or automated their process, you're welcome.
