My visit to Dr. McGregor and Associates yesterday was an extremely beneficial visit. As always with them, they were very thorough and quite pleasant. From the time I walked into the front door until I left, everyone was attentive, responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable of their respective jobs. Though they are at a new location, I will always continue to go to this practice for all the above-mentioned reasons.
It has been almost 9 years since I last got my eyes checked. They treated me like if they saw me all the time. Super friendly and welcoming. They listened to my concerns and immediately started troubleshooting my eyes. Will be getting a new pair of glasses and I know it will definitely help relieve the stress in my eyes
always a pleasant experience, Dr Collins is always understanding of my issues with my contacts and puts me in what I need. Staff is always friendly and helpful with ordering my contacts for me. The only thing I dislike about going is having my eyes dialated :(. 🤷🏼♀️
My experience was great! I loved the lady who took me back and did all the prep work for Dr. Baughman. I am sorry, I have forgotten her name. She was very petite, brunette, glasses, and a retired teacher! She was so friendly and seemed to enjoy the job and not too busy to connect with the patient. 🙂
Very pleasant and accommodating personnel and environment. Dr Collins is my physician and makes me feel he has my best interest at heart during my visit every time. Thank you Dr Collins and staff!
