Waited over fifteen minutes on line to get checked out. The sweet cashier Nina was doing her best. There was only one register open.Very kind and polite. Not her fault, walmart can afford to pay one or two extra cashiers to stay on at night. This is why I prefer to shop at target, Giant eagle, or just about anywhere else besides Walmart.

They have randomly decided to close at 10:45 now. Sign says they’re open, customers inside, 4 security guards waiting at the doors to tell you that you can’t enter the business during business hours. If you are changing your hours post it. It’s that simple. Turning away customers during business hours 15 minutes before close is crazy. Shut down the registers at 11. It’s that simple. People go in, buy their things, and get out before 11. It’s what every other Walmart does. Why is this the only Walmart, only store around, that thinks business hours are a suggestion. If you don’t want to serve customers after 10:45 change your business hours. You need to prevent overtime? Schedule them for 15 minutes after the store closes like every other store does. Your Walmart is the only place where this is a problem. There is no reason to shut down 15 minutes before close. There is a reason your store has a closing time. And the fact you need 4 security guards to enforce this is further proof that it is ludicrous. Do you see any other store arguing with people about why they need to close before closing time? No, because the entire rest of Erie businesses and the other Walmarts understand how hours of operation work. Get it together. This is why everyone calls this store Ghettomart. You are a joke of a business. I did reach out to corporate to officially complain about how rudely your staff turn away customers during hours of operation. I can’t stress that enough. The business was supposed to be open.
Can’t get out to the store physically right now, ordered delivery. They substituted most things out, which I know they have in store. It’s very frustrating to select common items that are always in store to watch them be substituted with something completely opposite. I feel as if they just don’t care and don’t genuinely check for your items which is maddening for people who are unable to leave their homes and find the options themselves.
Some of the staff are rude and they don't care about the service. I also had an issue recently, usually walmart closes at 11:00pm but they closed the store at 10:42pm they didn't allow me to go inside. I even requested that I only need one item even though they didn't allow. Walmart in peach street they are very good and I have been allowed in the store even though it's 10 minutes before they closed.
I went here a couple times 20 years ago and there was garbage all over their floors. Things were just destroyed everywhere. I never went back. Looked like post apocalyptic chaos.
