As usual was treated and examined for my annual eye exam with professionalism and personal care. I have been to other optometrist before but was never treated quite like Parrelli. No waiting, explain everything I need to know.. I always look forward to my annual exam there. 5 thumbs up!
I've been getting my glasses at Parelli for many years. When I was working, I had a fabulous insurance plan that covered various bells and whistles, so I went for progressive bifocals, transition lenses, coatings, and the like, and was always delighted with both the service and the product. Now I'm retired, so I no longer have that insurance, plus I just had cataract surgery, so now I only need single vision lenses anyway. And to make it more affordable, I asked them to re-use an old frame that I still like, rather than buy a new one. I'm spending a lot less money, but the service is still fantastic: professional, friendly, and welcoming, and when I mentioned that I had to leave on a trip, they promised to try to get the glasses done before my departure. Highly recommended!
5 stars for the team at Parrelli Optical! Dr. Bean is great, and the staff is super helpful and professional. My wife and I always have a smooth experience, and it’s our go-to spot for the kids' eye care too. Great frames and even better people!
My experience was amazing from scheduling my exam to getting my new glasses. My eight year-old son came with me for my exam. He had so many questions for the doctor. She was so patient with him and answered all of his questions in mind. I love my new glasses.
