I had to wait over 50 minutes for my pickup order to be brought out to my car. I would have canceled the order, but the workers marked it as "complete" before actually delivering it to me. I had to walk into the store to get my order. I'll never give this location my business again. At least warn your customers that you're running behind. Leaving them in the dark and wasting an hour of their day is not okay.

Sam’s Club on Miller Lane in Dayton Ohio area has a great selection. Staff friendly and professional. Many great deals available. Love their Cafe and the Hot Dog & Drink Combo for $1.50. If you’re reading this, please bit Like❤️
Sam’s Club has a great section. Helpful staff. Convenient location. Very good prices on many everyday products. Many specials on electronics and clothing.
The only time people seem to leave reviews is to complain. This ain't that. I've nothing but good things to say about this Sam's Club and their staff. I've had several issues addressed with very few hassles. In one instance I had left an item in the cart. I went to the service department . I asked if anyone had found said item and returned it. The lady at the counter didn't even bat an eye. She told me to get the item and come back to show her. Did so and was non my way with no fuss. Incident 2, I had bought a case of applesauce. The next day I opened it enough get one , from a container of 36, out. They're usually packed rather neat and orderly, 3 layers of 12 cotainers per layer. The issue didn't become apparent until I opened it fully. It was anything but orderly and several of the containers contents had spilled out. I got my receipt and the case and got a replacement box again with no fuss. I expected this with the apple sauce. I was pleasantly surprised that the remedied a situation of my own making in the first example. I can't say enough good things about this Sam's Club.
This review is not on the store. It is on trying to pump gas here. Today gas was $3.53 a gallon. Which was a great deal however because I don’t have a physical Sam’s card I always have issues pumping my gas at the gas pump. The gentleman that was there was very helpful so I could pump gas. The downside was why the Sam’s hold $100 for gas like what especially when I’m selecting scan and pay now like I’ve got gas at other locations before and they did not do the hundred dollar hole they literally just took exactly what I paid. I don’t know if it’s a certain amount of gas you have to get. I literally only need like $12. I’m glad I was not on E because this was an issue today. I was only trying to refill up my truck. I was sitting on 3/4 and I’m still on 3/4 because I couldn’t fill up my tank because of this giant hold that they had on my debit card.
