Dr. Kahan as well as the receptionist were extremely nice! I had an appointment for my 3 year old son and Dr. Kahan made sure to make him feel comfortable and not scared. I had to bring my 3 other children along with me to the appointment and they kept screaming and yelling that they wanted to leave, but Dr. Kahan and her receptionist were very patient with my kids. Great doctor!
I had a terrible experience at this office. I arrived for my appointment, only to be told the doctor wasn’t in due to an ‘emergency’ something I wasn’t notified about beforehand. The receptionist apologized but didn’t offer any solutions, and the doctor never followed up as promised. I had already paid for an Uber to get there, so this lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. I won’t be returning.
