I want to apologize for the delay in writing this review. I visited a few days ago but was traveling back to Denver the next day. That being said, I truly felt like this experience deserved to be shared. I’m originally from South Florida and was visiting my parents for the week when I came across an Instagram ad for SweatHouz. I decided to try it out, and I’m so glad I did. The sign-up process was incredibly easy since everything is done online. On the day of my appointment, I ran into some car issues and knew I’d be a little late, so I called ahead. Mike reassured me not to worry at all and said they would accommodate me, which immediately made me feel at ease. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such kindness. The space itself was spotless, modern, and very inviting. Bella was amazing, she walked me through everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable using all the amenities, including the sauna, shower, and cold plunge. The entire setup was incredible. I loved that there was a TV where I could watch Netflix during my session. The sauna temperature was perfect, the shower felt amazing, and the cold plunge .. while definitely a challenge ! It was such a rewarding experience. I tried both temperatures, and yes, it was freezing, but in the best way possible. What stood out to me the most was the level of care from the staff. They consistently checked in to see if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. After my session, Mike even followed up with me to see how I was feeling, which I truly appreciated. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. My nervous system had completely reset. It genuinely made the rest of my day so much better. Mike also took the time to explain their offers and even mentioned that I could bring my mom next time, which I loved because I’ve been trying to get her to try something like this. You can really tell that they care about their clients and want people to experience the benefits. Bella also shared helpful insights about how the sauna can support your body when you’re feeling run down, and how refreshing the vitamin C shower can be which I definitely felt. I also want to give a quick shoutout to Kayla , Aleya and Elise they were both so sweet and welcoming. Overall, I’m just so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care I experienced. Thank you, Mike and Bella, for making my first visit so memorable. I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town and hopefully bringing my mom with me!
