Front desk woman was extremely polite. My exam was very thorough. Dr. Osaka answered all my questions and was so kind to explain in more detail. Taylor helped assist she was very kind and helpful, not pushy, which I was grateful for. I couldn’t afford the scratch resistant, wish that was more affordable. I was happy that I found a frame for my reading glasses right away, many to choose from.
I had a great experience at Advance family eye care. The staff is very welcoming. Dr Parfenova was thorough, patient and took the time to explain every step of the eye exam. The optician Rosie was a huge help in finding frames that suited my face and stayed within my budget. I would definitely recommend this place.
I love it here! They have great technology and working system for a comprehensive eye exam and a great selection of designer eye glasses. Dr. Parfenova is so friendly, efficient and explains everything as she’s working. Vanessa helped me with the paperwork and choosing which frames looked best on me. Everyone was just super nice and welcoming! I definitely recommend switching optometrists and coming here. You won’t regret it.
