Dr Shawn D Beagley Optometr

This was hands down my best experience at an eye doctor in my 20 years of visiting eye doctors. Dr. Beagley was very efficient with his examination, explained things in an easy to understand way, and had an excellent sense of humor. His assistant was very efficient as well. I was very impressed with the efficiency, bedside manner, and professionalism of Dr. Shawn Beagley, and will seek him out as a provider in the future.

Overall, my wife and I had a great experience during our appointments. Only downfall was that it was our first time and we were not provided with instructions on what to do when we got there. We felt uncomfortable and lost at times during the process. We just needed someone to give us simple instructions like how to open the sliding glass door, how to properly check-in separately for the exam and for purchasing contacts/glasses. Staff just needed to simply "walk us through" better for being first time customers, that is all. However, I was able to purchase some amazing eyeglasses at a great price as there was a variety of options and plenty of frames in my size and easy to find. I can't wait to pick them up when they're ready!

I checked in waited for about 10 minutes decided to go and shop while they sent me a message. I finally get a message so i start going over there. Once im there i waited 20 minutes. Such bad service and they act like you haven’t been there waiting. Even when you walk from one person to another they turn around and act like they didn’t see you. Creshelle was very rude and had an attitude towards us when i went and told her my situation.

Laura, the optician who helped me, is the best! She had the best energy, helped me find frames that worked for my prescription and facial features and provided helpful information on how to shop for glasses. She made my day!

My husband and I were waiting for them to call us to pick up our pairs of lenses. They never called, we had to call and ask. When we arrived to pick them up, my husband's prescription was wrong. I had also asked for trial contacts and they weren't comfortable. I asked the receptionist and the doctor and he just started saying that he could give me other ones and that they would be more uncomfortable and more expensive. I never asked about money, just if they could give me something better. I didn't say anything and left. I prefer to go somewhere else and pay what I have to pay, but to a doctor who does his job.
