I like going to Dr Nelson. This time I needed to go for a Medicare Wellness check. We went through all the questions then talked a bit about getting older and how to get fitness and diet back into my routine. I’m glad I had the conversation. The staff was very good to work with as well.

I was actually very impressed with this place. They were really efficient and friendly when appropriate. I love the new facility and what it looks like. It is clean and I was helped by numerous people that wanted to be helpful. I had a good experience with my doctor as well and the medical assistant.
This medical center is in a beautiful, clean, spacious building. The staff and nurses are efficient and friendly. My dr, Dr. Henich is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable, with a fun sense of humor. He takes time to listen to and address all my concerns. I think the entire experience is great.
I tookmy mom for a Dr. Visit because a few weeks before she had respiratory problems water in her longs and she needs a power chair to move around. The nurse told my mom she had high blood pressure. OK. The Dr. Wasn't to helpful, friendly or informative. He checked my mom's ears and heartbeat than he asked my mom if she was diagnosed with H blood P before, she said no. Then he proceeded to say everything looks good and started walking out of the room without saying anything else 🙄. " Im not a Dr. But how can you know that everything is fine with just checking her ears and heartbeat???" I had to stop him and ask if he was going to at least do some blood test . He replied OK if you want to.... he put an order for pills for my mom CVS. Ask him about a prescription for a power chair and he said OK. We didn't see him again.... We asked the nurse and she said I will talk to him and send you a message. Im still waiting for the call or message....We left an as we were leaving I asked the receptionist to send a message to D. To remind him about the power chair. Then We went downstairs to get blood test. Nurse Left my mom in bathroom without saying anything. We had to look for her to ask questions. We found her because she was seating in room talking and laughing with other nurses....
Dr. Eyre is very kind and incredibly patient. She listens to our concerns and talks with both me and my child. I’d give her five stars ANY DAY. We do tend to see her at another location though. Due to scheduling restraints, we came to the West Valley clinic for the first time and my rating is greatly affected by the wait-time we experienced at the different location. Even with an early-morning appointment (9:50AM), we were in the waiting room for just shy of an hour (56 minutes).
