This is one of the best experiences I've had with a health care provider! As a DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada and the Florida Keys specializing in Weddings and Events, I especially appreciated the thoroughness, courtesy, and exceptional bedside manner I got from knowledgeable APRN Katia Carmona, plus she took her time and patiently answered my questions and explained things in a manner I've rarely encountered with a healthcare professional. Her Medical Assistant Evelyn was equally kind, patient, and thorough. I had no idea that allergy testing could be so thorough and professional! The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and modern (see pics and video) Highly recommend!!!

Although I know they typically take time to reach their full effect, I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I can genuinely tell the difference when I’m staying consistent with my injections versus when I’m not, and it’s made a huge impact on my quality of life. Dr. Cousins also helped identify something that had been overlooked for years. What I thought was asthma was actually related to my significantly enlarged tonsils narrowing my airway, especially when I’m sick, which was causing asthma-like symptoms. Having a physician who took the time to investigate the root cause instead of simply treating the symptoms meant so much to me. On top of Dr. Cousins’ excellent care, the entire office is professional, kind, organized, and welcoming. It’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about their patients and wants them to succeed with their treatment.
