Dr. Snipes and Associates - Oxmoor Center

From the front desk to the doctor this staff is absolutely wonderful. Tyler is the bomb.com at what he does. He was so personable and walked me through every part of the exam. Dr Kevin was very thorough and helpful. I highly recommend this location and will be coming back here for all my eye exams in the future! You guys ROCK!!!

No complaints from me. Absolutely, no wait time. My appointment was at 2 and I was out no later than 2:45. The doctor that checked out my eyes was very informative not to mention kind. I always go to Dr. Snipes and Associates. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

YOUR REPLY IS NONSENSE. HAD YOU ONLY BEEN PROFESSIONALS IN THE BEGINNING NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. THANKS FOR LYING ALL AFTERNOON ABOUT HAVING TO COME IN TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE REFUND, WHEN IN FACT I DID NOT! YOU JUST DIDN'T KNOW HOW!!! YOU FAILED ON THE 21ST WHEN I BOUGHT GLASSES WITH THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION FROM YOUR OFFICE. YOU FAILED AGAIN ON THE 28th when we realized you gave me the wrong prescription and refused my 5 minutes with the doctor. YOU FAILED AGAIN WHEN I OFFERED TO WAIT MY ENTIRE AFTER FOR 5 MINUTES WITH DOCTOR TO CORRECT. YOU MADE ME WAIT TILL MONDAY TO FIX. I TRIED THEN TO GET YOU TO REFUND BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO MISS WORK. THEN YOU CALL TO REFUND AND ACTUALLY YOU DID HAVE THE CARD NUMBER STORED THE WHOLE TIME. AS YOU SUDDENLY CHANGED WHAT YOU SAID AND MAGICALLY YOU WERE ABLE TO PROCESS THE RETURN. I HAD TO CALL YOUR OFFICE AND TELL YOU MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAID YOU COULD, WHEN ACTUALLY I NEVER TALKED TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND YOU HAD THE POWER TO PROCRSS THE REFUND THE WHOLE TIME. OTHER LENSCRAFTORS SAID YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER CHARGED ME THAT OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE I WASN'T GETTING CONTACTS. INCOMPETENT CROOKS! I HAD TO VISIT ANOTHER LENSCRAFTORS AND DIFFERENT DOCTORS ADJOINING TO RECEIVE QUALITY CARE. SHAME ON YOU AND THE RECEPTIONIST WORKING SATURDAY. I WAS IN TEARS AND I WAS THE CUSTOMER WHO SPENT 500. ALSO YOUR COMMENT ABOUT LENSCRAFTORS IS BS. I NEVER CALLED THEM. THEY REFUNDED MY GLASSES AS SOON AS I ASKED. NO PROBLEM AND DIDN'T NEED MY CARD INFORMATION. YOU DIDN'T EITHER. YOU ALL JUST ARE NOT GOOD AT YOUR JOBS! Please do not go here if you want an accurate prescription. Could not see out of glasses I was so excited for. I waited so long for new glasses. Had great insurance, paid nearly an additional 500 towards glasses. They were wrong. I couldn't see anything. So bad I couldn't keep on face. THEY refused me 5 minutes with doctor. I was willing to wait all afternoon. My new glasses I was so excited about and waited so long for were wrong. I was appalled. They forced me to wait till Monday. So I was not able to work Monday because they refused a refund an had me schedule for Monday noon. Then they call Monday to say they will refund. Then they say I still have to return to get refund. My goodness what a nightmare. Had only the doctor cared enough to get my prescription right the first time. Instead as soon as we went back he was asking me about the beautiful weather outside, as it was the first truly beautiful day of the year. And after my appointment I found out they were going to lunch. Now I have still paid them for money they were to refund, but their system is so poor I have to return to get the refund. I think the Flintstones were more advanced than this operation.

Great experience! Dr. Snipes was great. Answered all my questions and has a great personality. His staff at the desk were great!
