I went to the LensCrafters at Oxmoor mall in Louisville Ky. I have been a loyal customer for decades. I walked in and Ms. Carol greeted me with a smile and such courtesy. I explained the issue I was having and she immediately went into action to resolve my concern. I was in & out. Left a happy customer thanks to the superb customer care given by Ms Carol.

Oxmoor- Kate was awesome. She was very attentive and friendly. She checked on me and made suggestions. She even helped me picked out some cute lenses for my sunglasses. Thanks Kate. The store was clean and peaceful even though there eye plenty of people in there looking to buy glasses. They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses that are affordable.

I have found this LensCrafters, in Oxmoor Mall close to Von Maur, conveniently located whenever my wife or I have a need for accessories or repairs. Their expertise and customer service are outstanding. Even higher than outstanding.
