This was our first experience with this office, and unfortunately it will also be our last. We purchased prescription Ray-Bans for my wife, and when they arrived we immediately noticed a mechanical gouge in one of the lenses. Surprisingly, the staff never caught the defect before handing them over. After waiting two weeks for the glasses to come in, they had to be sent back out for replacement. Nearly another full month later, the glasses finally returned. This time, there was a small pin-sized gouge in the center of one lens and two additional gouges in the exact horizontal line each side on the other lens. The first defect was huge, the second was barely noticeable but enough to annoy someone trying to look through the lenses. Once again, the defects were not noticed by the staff before giving the glasses back to us. We're now left wondering what the next step is and how much longer we'll be waiting for a pair of glasses that should have been right the first time. The doctor was professional, and most of the staff were friendly. However, quality control and attention to detail have been extremely disappointing. It's frustrating to spend good money on premium eyewear only to receive damaged products multiple times, with the defects repeatedly going unnoticed. Our entire family purchased multiple pairs of glasses during this visit, but after this experience, we won't be returning. Mistakes can happen, but there needs to be better accountability and inspection before customers receive their orders. Now, I'm going to scrutinize the whole frame and lenses and everything had better be absolutely perfect or I want to be reimbursed. If someone bought a brand new car, I'm sure they wouldn't want defects in the paint for full price, so that being said, something new should be in pristine condition.

Be aware of an additional fee they are now charging if you have contacts. Apparently they consider it two different exams, therefore you will be changed extra. I was not told this new policy.
Like Dr Ihrig although I have not had any positive experiences with the gentleman that fixes/fits the glasses. He is full of excuses and when I have concerns he’s dismissive and won’t correct the issue. It’s happened too many times. I won’t be going back because of him.
This place is the most unprofessional, unproductive, and unorganized establishment I have ever had to utilize for a doctor’s office. My husband had to be fitted for special contacts which was a process and included numerous visits to the office due to making sure they fit correctly. Finally got them right and paid over a $1000 for them to be ordered. When they came in they were to be mailed to us to save us the trip (1 hour drive)…they never got mailed we ended up making the trip out to pick them up. Finally our normal eye doctor says they have the ability to order them moving forward and we have spent the last 3 months waiting for the prescription and measurements from the office. Every time with the same response well we have to talk to the doctor cause it looks like you’re still in the trial pair of lenses and they have no record of us ordering nor paying anything more than our copay. We finally got it all straight and they were supposed to email the details on Friday. Guess what as of today the following Tuesday still no email. Just called to let them know I didn’t receive it and we are back to square one with the receptionist stating that it looks like we are still in trial lenses. I am so frustrated. I asked how many receptionist do they have and she said 3. They really need a better communication system between them because this is so aggravating. I told her I would be calling back tomorrow so we shall see what happens. Update: Just want to make this clear the doctor himself was fantastic his office staff is the problem. We finally did receive the information so we have changed our review to a 4.
I had my annual eye exam this morning with Dr. Bogosian. He’s very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good service from the front desk staff and the optician. New sunglasses coming my way!
