From the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The staff were great — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — and there was no wait time at all, which I really appreciated. Dr. Krieg did a thorough evaluation and took the time to walk me through everything, patiently answering all my questions on multifocal contact lenses without ever making me feel rushed. I came in with a lot of questions and left with clear answers and total confidence. I'm extremely happy with the prescription and the care I received. I highly recommend this office and the whole team!

I was a patient here a few years ago when I was a student at Michigan. They were the only place near me that accepted my insurance, made CRT lenses, and offered services at a reasonable price. I called to set up an appointment and they were very knowledgeable about my insurance and set me up with an appointment very quickly. The only other place that offered CRT lenses and accepted my insurance was trying to charge me over $1000. When I called the office of Dr. Steven Lutz, I asked for an estimate for my CRT lenses, and it was around $300-500, which was MUCH MORE reasonable and the same amount I had been paying at my old eye doctor in high school. They are very professional and the office is very clean. Everybody is super nice. I have moved out of the area since graduating but I will always recommend them. Thank you!

I had no issues with Dr. Krieg or the person, her name escapes me, who helped me pick out frames. My issue is with billing as I was wrongly charged (I found the mistake) and then having to follow up twice to find out when I could expect to be reimbursed. Excuses shouldn't follow mistakes. Ownership and communication should follow mistakes. They should have reached out to me, not me to them, about the return of my money, and then I was inconvenienced to drive to them to pick up my check.

I was really pleased with my visits to Dr Lutz's office. I was a new patient and they got me in right away. They even take my insurance! I had been having problems with my vision, and the doctor knew exactly what to do to! I love my new contact lenses. The service was great and very efficient. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I recently switched to this practice and I couldn’t be happier. The doctors were amazing and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and provided detailed information about the exams and findings. The had so many different styles and sizes of frames. I worked with Jen as the optician and she was able to find exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this practice.
