Tim was amazing. He was positive, easy to talk to, answered ALL my questions and made me feel comfortable. However, the girl at the desk, Jeri, acted like I was bothering, eye rolling, no eye contact. Absolutely rude. I read your reviews and sounds like this disrespectful person has been treating your clients for quite some time. How/why do you allow this!? I hope this isn't what America's Best wants as a business model or public opinion. If so, shame on you. Huge kudos to Tim.

This is the best experience I've had. Staff was kind, patient, and helpful. Optometrist Hussein Abdulameer was very observant, perceptive, and caring. Tim assisted me in selecting lenses and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ordered for insurance fulfillment. Amazingly, Debbie provided the best glass fitting I've ever had - the expertise definitely shows! Everyone was warm and friendly, a very calm atmosphere!

We came in for our regular annual appointment, and Rebecca made the experience wonderful from start to finish. She made both of us feel very comfortable right away and was incredibly personable. Everything felt easy and stress-free because of her laid-back and friendly approach. We really appreciated how welcoming and professional she was. My 86 year old father’s glasses broke suddenly in the morning that day. He cannot operate without them. We went out to the America’s Best location at 3601 Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Faith was our associate there - and she absolutely went above and beyond to help us. Even though the location was very busy she expertly helped us. Within 15 minutes my father had great new frames that he loves. And Faith was professional, sweet, and patient. Thank You!
