I recently had the most incredible experience in 30 years at this practice. From reception, the pre exam, the optometrist, then the choosing of glasses. Everything was explained well up front clearly and saw everyone treated well. Clearly I've chosen to stay with this practice because I like them, but I feel like the team they've assembled is for this visit made the absolute change in perfection. And shout out to Joe'L M for helping me feel comfortable and confident in my new glasses choice.

The people were all easy to work with, very patient and professional and pleasant. My order came in as expected and they even held for at least amo th before I was able to pick it up. Altogether a great place to do business.

The eye doctor is great. The folks that size and fabricate the lenses into the frames are not really good. Friendly front desk, though that is pretty much required for customer facing jobs. Overall, I would not recommend because the whole point is the BAD customer service that underlies the smiles. On to my gripe. I went in the first time for examination and to pick out some frames. Got rimless Cartier titanium. The fitting was off but thats pretty normal for these types so I bought a kit myself because I never really have time to go get them adjusted. Decided I needed some more functional frames. Went back, saw the oakleys, bought them. When they arrived... Frames cracked, lenses scratched up, and the shipment came without a case/bag so the guy that was there gave me another brand glasses case and a bunch of free lense cleaning clothes and pushed me out to door as the receptionist stated "he's going to wear those out the door" or something similar. Shook my hand and gave ne free stuff, so I sat in the car calculating if I had the time to complain about this experience and attempt to get a refund for these clearly damaged frames. This place just lost a customer. Mind you, I just started coming here this year. I used my VA Vision plan to get care here. Do not recommend.

Excellent care team Led by Dr. Tiffany &Dr. Berry( sp? Sorry) Joe'L M is an excellent glass tech for selecting frames that are fashionable and comfortable AND does a wonderful job of highlighting different lens-pros/cons based on my specific needs. ( Bonus: He is kind.) Staff is professional. I would recommend without hesitation!

I was very surprised! My first visit walking into Ypsilanti vision was warm and very inviting place The staff there are very friendly but professional. Sally is very fun to talk with during your visit she's so down to earth. Jen, so helpful in getting the right shape/size/fit of glasses for you. The best place of business with a staff that is polite but professional. Mr.&Mrs. Early.. will SEE you all next visit.
