Took my 2 year old here for an exam and had an incredible experience. The staff was very punctual, the kids in the waiting area were given activity bags, and the doctor was so good with my daughter who was feeling nervous.

Dr. Bass is an amazing Ophthalmologist. She takes time to get to know her patients and cares about them. In my 6 decades she is by far my favorite eye doctor for her expertise, knowledge, friendliness and compassion .
Terrible office. Dr. Wang was probably pissed today. She is so rude and she does not know how to communicate or give an appropriate diagnosis. She spent 2 minutes with us lol avoid. She gave a long term diagnosis in 2 minutes-as a option, and had no proper bedside manner. Will avoid this office and recommend avoiding it also. She will give you 3 options and you try to guess which is the appropriate one that fits yours child’s diagnosis.
No wonder why this place has 2.9 stars. Went to get an eye exam for something, waited 5 minutes at least for the first evaluation, seemed fine. Then when instructed to walk into the lobby, we waited close to 30 minutes to be seen by a doctor. Overall wait times are bad and examinations are okay.
Tiffany was the tech that handled my return second visit after having My yearly checkup with Kellog so purchased glasses elsewhere and they were not right. Tiffany was great in meticulously testing me for issues to find the problem. Very patient and very kind… Was Great in finding out the issue ! Love this place. Tim Trout
