The Eye Gallery

Dr. Bulos is great! He is thoroughly informative and takes time to explain everything. Great location with lots of parking and staff is very friendly. I have to update my review as the only good thing about this shop is Dr. Bulos. I had a disappointing experience at the Eye Gallery. Their prices were very high, so I decided to get my glasses at Costco instead for a much better value. I requested my prescription be emailed to me, which they did. When I had a follow-up question, I emailed them three times but never received a response. It became pretty clear that since I wasn’t buying glasses from them, I was no longer seen as an important customer. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for good customer service or reasonable prices.

I very much enjoy seeing Dr. Bulos for eye exams. He is very communicative and takes his time with his patients. He also takes the time to explain the exams and answers my questions knowledgeably. I could only give 3 stars though because I consistently have issues with ordering contacts. I make my RX update appointments with plenty of time between when I should run out of contacts and when I should receive my order. In both cases, my order took over a month to arrive. In the most recent case, they ordered the wrong thing. They only gave me a $25 account credit after I spent almost $1000 on contacts, and my order still took over a month to come in. In both cases, I was not contacted when my order arrived. I needed to call repeatedly to get any communication even though they said they would call. Long story short, I love the doctor, but I will not be spending my money here for other services.

I wasn’t exactly paying attention when I walked in. It made me think I was walking into a hair salon… not a bad thing, but I thought I went in the wrong store for a hot second. Everyone was nice that worked there. The doctor was phenomenal!! I feel he nailed my prescription. What I didn’t like is the selection of eye glasses, but I’m super picky anyway and it’s hard for me to find something I like. Great place and I will be back… next year for an eye exam only.

Peaceful atmosphere. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. I’ve had glasses since I was a kid, and he did tests that I’ve never done. Great experience!

The best, most thorough eye exam that I have ever had. I’m a bird watcher and had an odd problem using my telescope with my dominant eye, The Doctor took the time to do some extra imaging and extra sleuthing to find a leak in my retina. This was missed by an exam that I had only about 6 months previously so I’m very glad that I had my eyes checked again as I had felt rushed at my previous eye exam and felt my concerns weren’t addressed. The Doctor took the time to explain everything to me and all the staff there were lovely, knowledgeable people. I would happily recommend the eye gallery to everyone.
