I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Timothy Sursoa. He was incredibly patient with me throughout my eye exam. I have had some difficult experiences in the past where providers rushed through the vision testing and moved on without giving me enough time to be sure I could actually read what was being shown. Dr. Sursoa took the time to make sure I was comfortable and confident with each part of the exam, and I truly appreciated his thoroughness and kindness. His approach made me feel heard and cared for, and it turned what is usually a stressful experience into a very positive one. Thank you for providing such excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Sursoa to anyone looking for an eye care provider who is patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure their patients receive the best possible care.

Horrible place doesn’t listen or help to any concerns you have. Gets you out of the office as fast as possible without resolving any concerns. Would not recommend to anyone please find a better place to get the eye exam done.

All I want to say is outstanding and careing people who work there . I recently had purchased some glasses and and when i picked up the darkening transitioning wasn’t right , I went to them for help and they gave me some time with them glasses but was still not happy so after a month came, I expressed my concern and they said bring them in I didn’t hesitate took them right in dropped them off and about 2 weeks later picked up and all I could say unbelievable the transition was excellent just like I imagined them to be .this company made it right and hassle free thank you so much for the awesome work you all do and strive to achieve the best results to your customers. Excellent service from this OD office, and from Dr. Miller. Love my new sunglasses. Can’t recommend this place enough. I work right across the street and I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place sooner!
