Took my 5 yr old daughter to see Dr. Susan Klemens and she was absolutely patient with her. I think my daughter felt too comfortable that she was being silly during her eye exam. Jackie, who helps with the front desk, is the epitome of great customer service! I’ve met a few who really stand out with going above and beyond to make patients feel welcomed — and Jackie is one of them!

I recently had my annual eye exam. The examination was thorough and precise. It was noted that I will need cataract surgery and was given a referral and appointment. I truly appreciated the time and care given to me by my provider, Dr. Susan Tran Klemens. She was also very patient with my special needs daughter who has limited communicative skills. She is definitely two thumbs up! Thank you so much.

I had a fantastic experience here! From the start, the receptionist was completely transparent about pricing, letting me know over the phone and at check-in that my contact exam would be $70 out of pocket since my insurance didn't cover it. This honesty was incredibly refreshing compared to Stanton Optical, where I was told the exam was $100 dollars and then got hit with $20 membership fee. Dr. Klemens was wonderful. She actually noticed I had a recent eye exam and checked to make sure I wasn't wasting money before proceeding with the contact fitting. She truly cares about her patients, took the time to explain everything, and even tested my vision with a trial pair of contacts which I have never had someone do before. After my past bad experiences elsewhere, I was scared the trials would cost extra, but they were completely free. Highly recommend this honest and caring team!
