Excellent place to go for an eye exam and new glasses. As a disabled veteran I could get a free pair of glasses from the VA but let's face it the selection thats free isn't that great and it doesn't cover everything that you would want to add like anti glare and other protections. I have no insurance so its all out of pocket but I use there payment plan with no problem. They're supper nice and helped me pick out a new pair of glasses out of a pretty nice selection of frames. I was able to get everything on them I needed or wanted. Thank you again!

I am traveling across country, military PSC and my frame broke. I called and then stopped into Dr. Tavels office as my family spent the night in Richmond and the staff was super sweet and helpful. They helped me by finding a frame to fit my lenses. I highly recommend them for your optical needs. Thanks again for everything!!

Dr. Rich was friendly and professional. The staff was friendly and great. Karina helped me pick out my frames and lenses and was so fun to work with. She really seemed to enjoy her job.

Everyone is extremely helpful and the lady that helps with contacts is absolutely amazing! My 14 ur old son has never had contacts and she was wonderful! I can't say enough about her! Tjank you ao much! We will go no where else!
