Dr Reed was amazing. She has helped me so much since my eye injury. Her and the staff went above and beyond finding somewhere my insurance would allow me to get my cataracts remove. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional and courteous Optometrist.
Dr Bailey is Very thorough, very attentive, very professional, Dr Bailey is one of the best Eye care doctors I have ever had. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything to you and answer any questions You may have. Dr Bailey is an excellent eye care Dr I'm very pleased to have him taking care of my eyes.
So i had to edit this review. Dr Reed is still the best however the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They were told not once but twice that I only had vision insurance, no medical. They copied my insurance card and everything but didn't tell me till my 3rd appointment that my insurance didn't cover my eye condition. I live paycheck to paycheck. This is a very costly mistake for me
One of the team member was so helpful with showing me I could get a custom change with my frames . She saved he so much money while giving me the best customer service.
This was my first visit. I was very pleased with the time and meticulous effort to check my eyes and make sure my prescription was correct. Dr. Bagay made a small angle adjustment in my contact lens vision, and it is made all the difference.
