Ms. Carley!!! This one is for you! This sweet lady. Had great customer service, very attentive, patient, and nice!!!! Now a days a pleasant interaction with honest work is hard to come by. My boyfriend and I came in. We weren’t greeted 1st the staff members huddled up in the back didn’t even look up at us. There was a lady sitting at her desk right by the door. She never even turned around. But no worries. I said hello to the entire room. Miss Carley gave eye contact, a sweet hello back, and was already walking towards us. To see what we needed. We only needed our glasses retightened. But she went over and beyond. She was very well educated and informative in such a short visit. However I noticed while she was taking care of us. The staff group huddle made their way to Carley. Now all the sudden the other staff member’s had the time to tune in. No worries, no one was mean peruse. However the lack of customer service from everyone else was completely evident. Ms. Carley is a great staff member to the team and she leads by example. Seeing as how the rest eventually followed suit. That’s a natural born leader. When you do the right thing and others follow. I’m not sure what her ranking position is in the office. But she is well deserving of a raise, a bonus, and a promotion. I love having good experiences. It’s not always on the staff to greet clients. Which is why I had no problem engaging first. Sometimes what you’re looking for has to be given in order to receive. I was nice and inviting. Miss Carley was the only one who responded. She knows a lot about glasses in depth. You learn something new everyday. I appreciate her kind spirit. Showing up to work and putting your best foot forward is half the battle. I hope she continues to grow throughout the company. Making ppl smile as well as getting the job done. Hats off to her and thank you for taking care of us.

After a year of trying to get my prescription correct at three other eye care places, Dr. Khan got my prescription perfect and I love my new glasses!! Thanks to all the staff at Linwood for their superior service as well!!
I want to start by saying that the staff and optometrist were great, but it seems the company itself is fine providing mediocre service once they have your money in hand. I had my exam and selected a pair of glasses and it took almost a month for them to be delivered. At no point was the online order tracker updated, which defeats the purpose of it existing at all. Once the glasses were delivered I picked them up and the lenses were not correct. It took another two weeks for the correct lenses to be delivered and at that point I asked for assistance getting the frame fitted so that it would fit properly. The staff member helped get them to stay on my face but we could never get them even so they are lopsided and still hurt my head. I got so frustrated with the delays that I ordered a pair from Zenni that were delivered in 5 days including a weekend with their standard shipping, not even expedited. The quality is indistinguishable and they are cheaper even without using insurance. To top it off Dr Tavel sent me a survey, which I filled out. The survey indicated that someone would reach out to me and that never happened. If Dr. Tavel is convenient to you then I recommend getting your exam done and skipping the purchasing from them using one of the online glasses stores instead, you will get your glasses sooner and the customer service if you encounter issues is better.
I just want to say first and foremost the communication is horrible. Highly recommend the Lafayette Road location.
How can you order new pair of glasses wait 4 months and it's the same damn glasses I don't give them no stars
