I had an appointment here well my car died while my wife was outside with my 4 month old. Ileen tried to help me unfortunately the junper cables were not long enough. Amy went out of her way to let me use her wireless jump box and got me up and running again. There was another lady who helped but I cannot remember her name. These ladies are awesome
This has got to be one of the worst places to take your children. Tell me all the time they will bring the baby right in so they won’t get sick then sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. While sitting I overheard other patients saying they were almost an hour late. On top of that the parking situation is terrible and they expect you to walk from the street located behind the building which means you have to walk nearly around the whole building to get inside that way and being a street away. It’s already a terrible area for crime but to make you park in it and walk through it with children is crazy. The parking has been this way almost my whole time bringing my kids here. Finally bring me back to see the doctor after already being there an hour. Then being put all the way in the back of the hallway and waited another 15 for shots until I finally had enough packed up and left with my 4 month old. I felt horrible about having to do that but had another 1 year old already waiting long enough for me with how long the entire appointment took. Walked right past front desk didn’t hear anything from the nurses and got a block away when they finally realized I had left. Not only that they were ready to hang up with me and didn’t even want to try and resolve any of this or make this better. Mind you this is an exact month from my household losing a member after passing. They all knew exactly what I had been dealing with and didn’t get a single ounce of help out of them. My suggestion is just stay away from HealthNet in general. Can’t even go and talk to anyone higher up because the phone never stops ringing. This truly does hurt me because I’ve been with this same clinic my whole life and now my babies have my pediatrician. It definitely fits right in with fountain square now. Homeless people hanging around the whole building and all the way up the street just lined with homeless laying around. Hate to see what this place has turned to but the area has definitely consumed it. I also couldn’t receive my children’s info online because the women at the desk who took my email put @google instead of gmail so now I have to figure out how to go about getting my children’s health records now that I am no longer with healthnet.
The staff is unprofessional !!! I had enough of that arrogant weasel that I spoke to today.I was on time to both appointments, that they took it upon themselves to cancel. They stated that they called the first cancelation ,but I never got a call .They called a number that wasn’t mine, mind you we waited about 3 months. This time 4 more month wait because my daughter is a new patient. They stated because she didn’t confirm. We didn’t see a voicemail or a call. They were giving me attitude and ignoring me because she is of age now.I just wanted to get her set up closer to my home, so she can drive herself next time. I talked to the manager there , she said these doctors have lives. Oh really!! I understand that, but to cancel twice and I am taking off work early and making up time. Look at the reviews self-explanatory!!
I made an appointment month out because no one could see me. I received a message telling me to be at my appointment or check in at least 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there. I haven’t seen a doctor in about 12 years and when I go to sign in, it tells me my appointment has been canceled. I pick up my kids from school and drive all the way to this appointment because the lady on the phone told me that I may be able to get seen if no one comes in for the appointment. I came in and was Given a card telling me to call on Monday or Tuesday of the week after to see if anyone has a no-show. I feel that if I originally made my appointment for a first time patient, I should not need to call the day before to confirm. Now I have to wait God knows how long for an appointment. I think I’m just gonna go with a different health service thank you anyway.
