As a business owner, establishments like Sam’s Club and Costco are beneficial to me. I have not shopped at Sam’s Club in almost two years because my daughter convinced me to shop at Costco. Today, I decided to renew my Sam’s Club membership. I was ecstatic with the selection of snacks that I purchased for my facility. As I approached the exit, I was met by a young lady named Scarlett. Scarlett was mouthing something to me, and unfortunately, I could barely hear her since I don’t hear very well out of my right ear. I approached her, smiled, and said, “I’m sorry, I don’t hear very well, and I didn’t hear you.” She frowned and snapped at me, saying, “I said go,” and shot her hand toward me. I explained to her that I had not been in her establishment in a year and a half and didn’t know the process. I thought she was looking for my receipt. She frowned at me. I asked her if she was okay because her energy was not very kind. She began to walk away from me and said, “I didn’t say anything to you.” I responded, “Okay, Scarlett, thank you,” and spoke with the manager, Monique. I expressed to her my disappointment with the service at the door and suggested that maybe Scarlett should not be at the door with customers if she is not able to maintain professionalism. On another note, I renewed my membership with Doris at customer service, and Doris provided exemplary service. Maybe Sam’s Club can implement a buddy system, if they have not already, and have Doris train Scarlett.

I love the scan and go. Great prices and variety of things. Halloween has arrived at Sam's Club.

Actually stopped by to get gas and my battery died at the gas pump. Attendant was super nice got his portable jumper and gave me a jump. Drove over to the tire center where they loaned my husband some tools to get the battery out and he took the battery in to exchange for a new one. (Battery was orginally purchased from Sam's) Everyone was super helpful.

Just wanted to make sure you all are aware of the TV warranty thru Allstate when purchasing from Sams. Its not an extension after the TVs 1 year warranty. It actually runs along side with Samsung, etc...depending on the manufacturer. But you wont get help thru Allstate if "samsung" warranty is still valid and you won't get help from Allstate protection plan if you paid for an additional 4 years but you already hit the 4 and a half mark. Be careful out there

Decided to purchase an Xbox game along with my grocery shopping. Checked out. Took 20 minutes to find to only person that can get my game. Then she said "did you ask someone before buying of we had it" ummm no. "Well I don't know that we have any" and was very rude about it. Like it was my fault of they didn't have any. They did have but again it was an ordeal to get it that took 20 minutes while my refrigerated items got warmer and warmer.
