I’ve been coming to this place for 15 years and never had a problem until now. I ordered prescription glasses and was told it would take about 2 weeks and that they would call me when they were ready — but no one ever did. I had to call myself, and the receptionist, Sandra, was rude and unhelpful, saying she couldn’t assist me because she wasn’t the one who helped with my order. She said someone would call me back, but no one did. A week later, I followed up again, and the lady who actually helped me was the only one who took the time to call the lab and check. When I went in person, Sandra had an attitude again and was still not helpful. It turns out my glasses were already there, but no one had bothered to notify me. I even asked to speak with a manager, and they said she was at lunch and would call me back — but she never did. I feel like they should clearly let the customer know how long it will actually take, so we can decide if we even want to place the order or not. It’s ridiculous how you have to wait almost a month just to get your glasses. Very unprofessional on Sandra’s part. I will definitely not be returning to that place after experiencing such awful rudeness.
The best optometrist ever. I have been his patient ever since I began wearing glasses in 2nd grade. I am now much older and had to say that if you want a respectful, polite, and fair optometrist I recommend Dr. Rossi. Thank you.
