Very unprofessional office staff and doctor. I questioned something in 2918 and apparently was "fired" as a patient. Not to mention riccio is the reason for my grandmother having internal bleeding and dying shortly after he preformed a scope on her Dec2011. If you want terrible service, your HIPPA info displayed and not being allowed to question the doctor then he is the one for you! If you want a real GI I advise you go elsewhere. And good friggin luck getting your records really wish there was a no star option.

The doctor was rude and confrontational. He virtually accused me of doing something wrong to cause my cancer and couldn’t even properly read the radiology report from a CT scan I had done prior to my appointment with him. I sought treatment elsewhere because I was so offended by his off-putting demeanor that there was no way I was going to let him do any kind of procedure on me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

A patient should be kept apprised of the wait time. My time is important as well. Why do I waist a half hour every time! Then it costs me $40 for a few minutes!

Very professional and courteous, straight to the point. Did his job well. His staff also was the same. Would recommend him to anyone needing a procedure.
