My wife had several appointments every time a test. She needed new prescription glasses, but Dr. Tao never gave her the prescription she needs. Keeps making appointments for tests every time, instead of giving her a prescription. Uses all the # of visits of the referral. We are looking for a doctor who can give my wife her prescription she needs. They also charge a "convenience" fee for using a debit or credit card.

Dr Tony Tao and his staff members were amazing with the service they provided our son. Very friendly, professionals and completed the exam quickly and received his glasses within days. We were referred by our pediatrician and were very satisfied. Will refer others and have decided to set up an appointment for myself. Thank you!

I took my 8 years old daughter there for her first eye check up. Dr. Tao was too busy to check on patients and was rushing going from one room to another. The quality of care from the doctor was very bad. They repeated the same test several times on my child and kape us moving to different rooms to wait for the doctor. Each time the wait was very long and they could not get a reliable eye test. They did not take into consideration how my child was handling all this commotion and she was starting to get dizzy. The doctor never explained the test or exams that were being done. He kept his back to me the whole time using computer and would not address my concerns or listen to what I had to say. This is the first time my child is having to wear glasses and it would have been nice to know my child's diagnosis and results along with recommendations and an explanation for needing glasses. His staff kept intervening and rushing us out so our actual time with the doctor was very short. While at the front desk to check out I still had so many unanswered questions in which no one at the front was helpful until I finally complained. Dr. Tao needs to dedicate more time to focus on patients and parents with care and better bedside manner, along with hiring staff that know what they're doing and that can provide customer service and professionalism. It was a horrible experienced that I have not experienced with other health providers.

I really enjoy Dr Taos's office. They are always quick and thorough. He has always made sure that her follow up appointments are with Dr within her insurance network which really helps. Nice and clean atmosphere. Glad he was recommended to us.

The office is very friendly and helpful. The office staff as well as the doctor were knowledgeable as well as patient. The office staff was willing to work with me to find out if my insurance coverage would be more beneficial to cover contacts or glasses. The doctor answered all my questions and was willing to follow up to see how my family was adapting to their new glasses.
