I had such a wonderful visit and I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends. The assistant Yasmin and the front desk were amazing and so kind! The doctor was so knowledgeable and so sweet. Connie was so great at finding me a pair of glasses that look good and were extremely cost effective. Thank you guys so much!
Our visit yesterday was very pleasant. The waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed my complimentary coffee as I waited. The staff was very friendly. We were called back on time and the exam was quick and thorough. Dr. Natalie made my son's first time having an eye exam easy and comfortable by talking to him about all of the tests and the results. She was very professional and easy to talk to - a great combination.
The staff here is so kind and helpful. Dr. Mercer is excellent and takes time to really listen to your concerns. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
They were the sweetest people. They got me in last minute and were very comforting when I was extremely worried about my eye. The entire staff from the front office to the back office and even Dr. Tracy were the most professional people. Highly recommend them for all your eye care needs.
I'm thrilled to share that I've finally found my perfect eye doctor after many tries! The place is incredibly friendly, supportive, and caring. Dr. Natalie Simons was truly AMAZING! Initially, I wanted to be treated by Dr. Tracy Mercer, but she was out of the office. If you are looking for a great place to be, you should try them. You won't regret it.
