I don't like places that when you ask staff if they were overwhelmed they say they wasnt but your waiting for almost 4 hours for a DOT and drug screening. I never had a issue before with the wait because the most you would wait was maybe 1 hour. But today took the cake. Not saying there aren't hardworking people that do work here but theres no real system to get patients out. Customer service in todays time is almost nonexistent. You either rich or just lucky that day that someone will show you kindness as the human-being you are. I waiting 4 minutes under 4 hours to get everything I needed to get done. "CRAZY"! Doctor was ok but not really engaged that the entire system leaves patients waiting for hours. Staff wasnt blatantly rude just very nonchalant about caring about customer time. Truth be told, if i was in a different area, it would be like this. Very sad!

I was instructed by the physician to go and get a test that would prove what was done was accurate. I went to perform the test, but when I brought the results back, it was stated to me that I had already failed. So why was I told by the physician to go get a second opinion that would validate that I was able to complete the physical. So what happened? There was not really an effort to get the candidate passed through a physical. It would’ve been better to tell me that I failed the test then instead of having me go and get the validation from a professional organization. I also want to recognize the fact that some of the equipment there needs to be updated because the Eye chart of colors was not red. It look more like another color but not red and the line between where you stand and where the chart is in my opinion it’s too far so I’m really not happy with the results of that location and it caused me an opportunity that now I may not be able to fulfill. I would definitely like to speak to someone in regards to this matter
I came right before closing on a Tuesday, they said it was too late and I needed to come before 3:30pm because that is when the specimens get picked up. Understandable, that's my bad, but they are only open during work hours and I sped there as soon as work ended. I leave work early on a Wednesday and arrive around 1:15pm. I had to hold it in for 3 hours before someone finally saw me. I kept checking in regularly with the front desk to find out what was taking so long. I easily watched 20 people who came in after me get in before me. Finally, at 3:50pm, they confess that they lost my chart and had to make one last minute and took me back. I was only back there for less than 2 minutes. I was finally able to leave at 3:58pm. Did they just lie to me the day before about speicmen time pick up so they wouldn't have to do their job? No one seemed apologetic. The staff was friendly enough, but I am disappointed.
While the care I recieved was quick and easy, the wait was not— I was there for a pre-employment drug test and I agree with others' reviews saying that staff seemed like they were taking their time. Waiting almost two hours to pee in a cup— but I feel like I learned my lesson when it comes to center city locations, although they didn't appear all that busy.
Came for drug test and pre employment physical wait time was like 45 min but the young lady kierrah working that front desk was amazing she one reason I actually stayed because they was little crowed but I watch how she work handle everyone coming up to her asking questions and remained calm all at same time. I was greeted properly and taking care of right away. So kierrah you let your boss know the goods ones you have reward because they help keep there business going good ppl like your you deserve a raise lucky we dont still you bring down to st Christopher hospital lol no but thank you for a good experience
