Drs Better & Satanosky

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in an eye doctor! The old lady at the reception area was extremely rude, I called prior to arriving to obtain my prescription and was told to come anytime. After taking off work and driving the distance I was told I could not obtain my prescription because it had been over a year. Had I been told this over the phone I would not have shown up. I also had a pair of glasses that were ordered at a previous time and those glasses were “donated to the homeless” I will not be retiring to this office ever again and will gladly take my business elsewhere!

Yesterday, I visited this clinic for the first time. What a lovely experience!❤️ The staff is family-friendly and quick to assist.💓 Dr. Satanosky has the best bedside manner of any eye doctor I have ever come across. That's saying a lot, because I've been wearing glasses since a teenager and I am now 70 years old. Dr. Satanosky is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant with a great sense of humor. 🌟🌟🌟 . He coached me with great patience throughout the checkup, never once becoming frustrated with my requests for repeated tasks. Thank you.🙏🏾🙏🏾 Oh, and get this; he told me that my prescription hadn't changed and that there was no need for me to purchase new glasses. Wow!!! Unbelievable! Who does that? Thank you so much, Dr. Satanosky. You have made my year.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am very delighted with Dr. Selmo Satanosky and his staff; the first time I come to his office and it was a wonderful experience. He not only checked my eyes but we also talked about life and family, and it was a good talk. I loved his office because is spacious and clean, and it has a smell of family; and of course, I love my new reading glasses. I thank the doctor and all the staff for a wonderful visit. Be aware and be careful.......I made an appointment...my appointment was to get contac lences..from day one i stated i needed contacs...okey ..the guy apparently don't understand English....when I sat for the eye exam first thing I said i was there for contact lences ....after the exam I walked over to the lady that sits with you....I said I wear lences ...but I am using my benefits for eye glasses.....before i left I requested my paper prescription other wise they would not give it to you ...strange....well I did get it but...when I went else where this week I was told that i needed my contact prescription...i said that is what i went there for in the first place...they told me to call Satanosky so apparently he gave me eye glasses exam and not the exam for contacs !!!! on appointment day I got glasses due to the fact that I still had a few pairs of contacts from my previous Doctor !!! Another thing the guy has issues ....because he clearly asked me do you sleep with contacts and I Said no never i wear the weekly ones..he knew I went there for lences not for eye glass exam. Listen They are so damn cheap can't give you a hard case for glasses...i took my neighbor he spend over $800.00 and they could not give him a case awful greed ...if you want a case you pay $5.00 ...real Disgrace...Go Else where !!!!Lucky you that got treated right or din't you 🤔🤔

This review is for female employee that measures glasses and takes payment. She’s lied to me about charging my eyemed insurance she also charge my humans gold plus and the three hundred dollars Humana offers to reciepients. I have no plans of returning to the office. She lie to a senior, I called Humana and found out about it. She shouldn’t be working in Dr Satanoskys office.
