Dr. Johnny identified a solution to what no prior optometrist, ophthalmologist nor specialist could! I'm very grateful to have found such a patient doctor, he tried a whole bunch of options until something just-right was identified. The prior doctors just went off the numbers on the chart, and that wasn't working for my vision - Dr. Johnny asked holistic questions that resulted in a much better solution - I'm thrilled! All pricing was provided upfront before service, so there was no surprises.

Elite Vision is my go to optical with trendy style with the BEST customer service! I have been a satisfied customer since 2010 and my future with them ! They have a great range of prices suitable for every budget! The turn around is super fast which I appreciate greatly! I even got my eyeballs cleaned lol! I suffered from dry eyes!! You heard right. This was news to me, my eyes were always tearing up , these eyeballs were dirty with 48 years worth of dirt, no wonder !! It’s a real thing! Thank God for Johnny & Dani you guys are amazing! Hey guys! If you’re seeing this review, don’t think twice. Come on over! I’ve been with them possibly 4-5 years. Even referred my friend to them and she got an exam and her glasses from them. If I had an issue, Johnny did his best to get it resolved. He’s veryyyyyy honest and will tell you straight up what works and what doesn’t. Unorganized mess. Don’t go here. Only recorded my first visit not my second. Called for months to get my contacts prescriptions (done on my second visit) here are the issues I ran into. The receptionist is never available. The file has missing information for my contacts. “Johnny” (the salesman not the doctor) had to sign off on the new prescription. (Never happened) They sent me last years glasses prescription which they could’ve just done months ago and it’s not what I needed. Waited months to get a hold of someone to open an unorganized file and send me my glasses prescription from last year. Instead of my contacts which I went there on a separate visit for but didn’t file.

I had a fantastic experience at Elite Vision Eye Center on University. Dealing with deteriorating vision is stressful, but the entire staff—from the receptionist to the specialists and the optometrist—was professional and top-notch. A huge thank you to Johnny, who went above and beyond. His attention to detail and constant encouragement made all the difference in my care.
