Drs Foster and Steele-Greeneville

Had appointments for our children and ourselves, & called in advance to be sure they were in network with our insurance. When we arrived to the children’s appointments the receptionist was rude and tried charging us for extra services, which we did not want. We thought everything was settled and paid for our copay. The receptionist then rudely & unnecessarily addressed the already settled miscommunication again and involved other staff. We ended up leaving and canceling the adult appointments. We loved the doctor as we had seen him in the past, but will not be going back because of the other staff being very unprofessional. Additional response after doctors rude reply-he was not present for a majority of the conservation. They also stated they would pull the phone conservation and did not. I really feel he should probably go do that and understand from his customers perspectives why his staffs behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for. It was absolutely nothing that should have been an argument in the first place. The receptionist could have simply left off the additional services/charges and an additional staff member confronted customers a second time for no reason as the miscommunication was initially settled and they accepted payment for agreed upon services.

Dr Taylor is very great at his job. I have a lot of medical issues that impact my vision. He has gone above and beyond or me. Per my old eye doctor, I needed progressives but couldn’t handle them when we tried previously, Dr Taylor suggested baby progressives in which is what they use for children. I was skeptical. However it was the absolute best decision and I’m so glad I trusted his judgment call on that. I can finally see to read. My vision for driving is so much clearer. He is also the only Dr that has listened to my concerns regarding my sjogrenes disease affecting my vision and gave me products that truly helped more than anything has in years. Absolutely recommend this establishment for your eye care needs! The staff are incredible and Dr Taylor genuinely cares for his patients!!!

Super friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, and nice selection of eyewear. Love all of the ladies there, super sweet and helpful. Dr. Graham is very nice and took the time to answer any questions and learn about my history in my family with glaucoma.

I recently moved here from Florida, and from my very first eye exam, I felt completely welcomed! Everyone on the team is so kind and friendly—it honestly feels like family. I was trying contacts for the first time and had no clue what I was getting into, but from the very first moment sitting in the room with Brooke to practice, she instantly made me feel at ease! Over the following weeks, Brooke and Dr. Graham were knowledgeable, encouraging, and determined to find the best contacts for my eyes. I never felt rushed and truly felt cared for the entire time. It’s refreshing to see a doctor so excited about what he does. Every visit left me feeling like Dr. Graham really cares about my eyes, my vision, and me as a person. Honestly, I’m almost sad we finally figured out my contacts because now I don’t have an excuse to stop by so often! Although… I might have to swing by from time to time just to remind Brooke that I love her! I see Dr. Taylor almost weekly to have lashes pulled because of a surgery I had. Trust me… when this happens it is miserable. I made my first visit over the phone and the gal was so awesome. Went in and the office was beautiful and comfortable. I have been in so much pain with this and the good Dr. was so caring, he has referred an eye surgeon out of Knoxville. Hopefully I am on the road to fixing my eye issues. That office is a sheer delight! Thank you for your kindness and finding me a solution!
