My recent experience was amazing! The wait time wasn’t long at all, and I really appreciate how caring and attentive the staff are when it comes to eye care and vision health. The optometrist was incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and understanding of my situation and experience. I hadn’t been there in over a year, and I was impressed by how great the office looks now—the place looks amazing! 🤩 I’ve been coming here for six years, and the quality of care has always been outstanding. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been going to JC Eyes for 4 years now and continue to have a really wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly kind and so helpful. I have complete trust in the doctors, especially Dr Desai and Dr Mahadev. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!

The setup is excellent. They have a professional team of technicians. Dr. Pooja is very competent and nice. The lady at reception and the one at the Eyewear section are polite and helpful. If they can improve their appointments processing system it would add to their efficiency.

Dr. Desai might have saved my right eye, when I stepped into her office one Saturday morning with huge eye floaters. She diagnosed huge retinal tear and immediately arranged an emergency surgery for very next day - on Sunday, mind you! She was kind, explained everything, was patient - I never felt rushed or dismissed. When my sister needed an eye doctor, she went to see Dr. Desai and was very pleased with her as well. I also brought my teenage son to see Dr. Desai - she addressed my concerns, gave options. Overall, she just has great “bedside” manners (my son even felt comfortable asking her a question, which he usually does not do around adults he doesn’t know). Front desk and other personnel are friendly and efficient. Cozy waiting area. Great office location. Highly recommended.
