Ok, so I bought my first pair of Alain Mikli glasses on Market Street in San Francisco back before the 90s became of the 00s. I wasn’t even 20 years old yet and had no idea who the designer was—I just knew that those blue frames with gold specks were the most incredible glasses I had ever seen, and I spent every cent I had to own them. Decades later, when walking up Madison Ave, I squealed with delight to see that amongst the glorious sea of red frames, there was this stunning, darker blue pair—a more mature and sophisticated take on my original frames. It’s obvious his iconic vision has only gotten better with time. For anyone who views eyewear as true art, it is a joy to celebrate that the creative force behind this brand is back.❤️

OMG!! Don’t go this store or be careful the salesman who had sticky hand. I just bought a pair of glass and the glass had changed. The guy took the glass inside for the polishing and bring out with completely packed. I opened it when I came back home and the glass is different one with glass broken. I call them and he said it’s not different one. He said he didn’t change. But the glass is not what I picked and it wasn’t broken. It also can’t be returned or refunded. OMG!!

I just had a horrific experience with them. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a very long time. I recently purchased two additional pairs of glasses (cost around $1,500). They messed up on my prescription on both pairs (right eye only). I called to complain and after first reassuring me that they filled the prescription correctly, they told me to send them back. I sent them back and waited another week until i received the glasses back. Miraculously they managed to fix one pair, but the other pair was still unchanged. This is horrific quality control on their end. When I called to complain they said that they did indeed fix it but send it back again and they will look at it. I sent it back and they finally sent me the pair corrected. I asked for a discount for my troubles (I was looking for $50 to $100's off) and they said they can't do that. I had to send my glasses back two times and they messed up on one pair one time and another pair twice, yet they refuse to compensate me even a little bit. I will not Spruchase from them again as they do not stand behind their product or their customers. Buyer beware, if they mess up they will not do what it takes to make the customer feel as if they truly care.

Professional, empathetic, and fun assistance in store made selecting our new frames uncomplicated and fulfilling. Great follow-up and exemplary attention to detail start to finish by Helen. Highly recommended.

Such a bad services. They changed glass while they were packing inside so I could not see it. The glass is broken. This will be my last buying from this location.
