First off, the place is beautiful! Second, the doctor and staff are superb. I travel from Westchester to work with West Village Eyecare. Always happy to see them.

I had my annual exam today and it was a wonderful experience. Jada was super helpful a gave great explanations on my plan benefits and overall costs of both the examination and my choice of frames and lenses. Dr Hakim was also fantastic with his additional examination and explanation of all photos and scans taken of my eyes. I would highly recommend and I will be recommending to friends.

If I could rate West Village Eyecare higher than five stars, I would. I've been a patient of Dr. Serhrouchni for over four years now, and I can safely say he is the best doctor (of any specialty) that I have ever had. He is thorough and methodical about his craft, dedicated to providing the best care, and so invested in the best outcomes for his patients. Because of my eye issues, I have to go in a few times a year and I am constantly impressed with the new technology being implemented every time I'm there. Whether you are a "low-maintenance" patient who just needs a doctor for your annual eye exams, or someone who has more complex issues/eye conditions (like me!), this is hands down the best place to go: you will get unbeatable care from doctors who are incredibly skilled and deeply committed to delivering the best for their patients.

Tatiana, in particular, was outstanding—super friendly, professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and comfortable, answered my questions with care, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was efficient, and I felt genuinely taken care of. Dr. S has been my eye doctor for over a decade now, and I couldn't be a happier patient. He works incredibly hard to make sure my prescription is just right, tweaking it over time as my eyes change. I am so happy he has a second location now with additional appointment availability. Thank you for the excellent care and the 20/20 vision!
