Amazing service. I was traveling and had an emergency with my Ortho-K lenses, and they stepped in immediately to help and figure everything out without any hesitation. The front desk and staff were wonderful. I highly recommend them! You can really tell even from a small interaction, that they are reliable and responsible.

I recently went here for multiple rounds of IPL treatment for facial acne and to get new glasses. Dr. Tsai was so patient as she explained the process and answered all my questions at the end. The laser procedure was very quick, about a 30 minute visit and I was seen very quickly. I came on a Sunday with hardly a wait. They are one of the only doctors office open on the weekend which makes them so convenient as someone who works Mondays-Fridays. Dr. Tsai also gave me samples of sunscreen after the laser to apply before I left. I also stopped by the optical store to get new glasses and adjust some other pairs of glasses. The two ladies working on Sunday were so accommodating and knew exactly the type of adjustments my glasses needed. If you have any glasses that don’t fit perfectly, you MUST run to see them. My glasses no longer fall off my face and are way more comfortable. Took not even 5 minutes. So worth it! They also have an extensive selection of glasses both luxury and affordable. One of the best selection of Asian fit glasses too as standard glasses frames don’t tend to fit well on Asian faces. Highly recommend both Dr. Tsai and the optical store.

Highly recommend Dr. Tsai and the entire team! A friend’s family has been coming here for many years, woke up with a swollen the other day, came right away. Dr. Tsai was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. The staff were all kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. My eyes were much better the day after. Truly appreciate.

I have checked the reviews on Google and made an appointment to come to this eye clinic. I have seen six doctors here, and I want to express my true feelings: the doctors hardly communicate with me. Every time, they only read the report and explain it to the assistant. I don't know what condition my eyes are in, why do I have to deal with it this way, are there any other plans, and even how to use the eye drops they prescribe? I need to say the name of this doctor Samuel Wong, MD. He did not give patients the respect they deserve. Why do most doctors in Chinatown not respect Chinese people?

I got my eyes checked by Dr: Nancy Tsai. She helped me get fitted for a set of contacts and I purchased a new set of prescription lenses here as well. Dr. Tsai could not have been more attentive and patient when examining my eyes. Before I left, she gave me box of eye drops and reminded me to wear my sunglasses when I’m outside to protect my eyes.
