Walked in, got glasses fixed in 5-10 minutes, made an appointment, all with friendly smiles and they all were very helpful. They have always provided a great service. Brianna at the front desk was very nice and accommodating with my appointment needs!

Dr. Lori was so thorough, informative and intelligent. She spent alot of time with me answering all of my questions. She ordered some new state of the art tests that were important. All staff members were very congenial and helpful!
These are honest people who give 100% for the best eye exam you can have. I tried going somewhere closer to me and it was a disaster. I won't leave again! Great people and great selection of glasses. Dr. Boyd personally does the eye exam like it should be, not some technician. I went back to Boyd for a second opinion after going somewhere else and that other place got it very wrong, but Dr. Boyd corrected my prescription. I 100% reccomend Boyd.
I've been using Boyd Family Eyecare for years. I'm impressed with the professionalism and friendlessness of the staff. The office is open and inviting. I had a10 o'clock appointment and was taken right at 10. They checked my insurance days before my visit to find out exactly what is covered and what I'm responsible for and informed me ahead of time.
