Just recently got my prescription filled here. I'm a new eyeglass user so I knew nothing of the process but the sales staff here was great! She explained everything to me and what was best and what was not advisable. She advised me on how to care for my glasses and she was over the top friendly and personable! My glasses were delivered right on time! Prices were reasonable.
Excellent eye Doctor. Dr Dupont is very thorough and takes great care of his patients. His staff Mrs Kelly and her husband are just awesome. Mrs. Kelly takes great care of you and will give you straight honest advise on choosing your glasses. She is the best when it comes to glasses and her husband is precise and fast with your glasses, whether you need repairs or adjustments. I've known Dr. Dupont and his colleagues for about 20 years, a great team!
Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience this year. They were reluctant to offer my family member an eye exam, just because they didn’t speak English. They were complaining and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Aside from that, they refuse to charge the appropriate amount based on my insurance. They told me they have no way of knowing for sure that my insurance will pay them that. Although my insurance representative and benefit summary sheet clearly indicated my coverage. Lenses are very expensive and my glasses had a defect. Most recently they told me that the doctor will not do an eye exam unless I agree to purchase my glasses with him, which seems absolutely ridiculous. It’s clearly against the FTC.
We walked in and Kelly was very helpful and friendly. She found exactly what my husband wanted. She even saved us money.
