Great customer service by all who have assisted me & my kids. Angie is Da Bomb. We love her. She knows everything and always aims to make us happy. We all get our eyes examined here as well. I have never left disappointed.

I went here about 3 years ago to get glasses and an exam and they are vultures. They said my insurance covered very little and they didnt even show me any frames that my insurance would actually cover completely. I never had such a problem with getting my glasses covered almost completely by my insurance. And when they arent covered completely, I usually only pay at most 120 dollars for the overage. At this place, I paid about 400 dollars more for the overage and then they sold me some sunglasses which I absolutely love and still have but those sunglasses cost me 1200$ through them. They uncharge on everything. I spent about $1600 in this place just between a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I will never go here ever again. But the optometrist was very good and very accurate. Its the sales person at the counter who is a vulture and doesn't show you any glasses actually covered by insurance. They only show you named brand glasses that they charge an arm and a leg for

Steven is a great person! He was very helpful and patient while helping me choose the glasses that suited me best. I’ve already recommended him to my whole family. It’s wonderful to see a store with people who truly care about the customer service experience 🤗 I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

overall great experience at this location. The doctor doing the eye exam was pleasant. Steven always greets me with a smile and is patient in helping find what frames really do look the best. if you need help ask him and he will patiently and kindly take his time to make sure that you’re satisfied. i got frameless glasses at first and turns out i don’t like them because they become loose easily so when i went back he let me try on several pairs to make sure we got a good one that is more sturdy and the style that works with my face.

It took a few visits to get my prescription correct, as this was my first time being prescribed progressive lenses. After a second eye exam, it was determined that I did not need progressives after all. Throughout the entire back-and-forth process, I worked mostly with Angie. She is very knowledgeable and clearly knows her job well. She quickly identified my issue just by looking at the lenses. Angie was always patient, helpful, and made great suggestions while helping me choose the right frames.
