From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly people! Everyone was exceptionally nice and eager to help. Extremely professional with a lot of kindness and patience. Dr Meltzer is also very nice and easy to talk to. He is genuinely concerned about getting to the bottom of your issues and determining what line of treatment or therapy is needed, if any at all. If you need care beyond a regular eye exam (which they also do) then I would highly recommend you to see Dr. Meltzer and his wonderful team!

After having a terrible experience with my second pair of Neurolens lenses from a provider I had been with for 4 years, finding Eye Vision was such a relief. My original Neurolens worked great, but the upgraded pair caused immediate dizziness and adverse effects. I was repeatedly told my eyes “needed time to adjust” and made to feel like I was crazy. After hours dealing with the office, I was eventually proven right — the company had changed labs and something was clearly off. The wrong computer lens was ordered. After 3 failed attempts I requested a refund and was informed that I can no longer be serviced there, I started looking elsewhere. I went to multiple providers in Suffolk County, and most dismissed my concerns. Cortney Mancusi at Eye Vision was the ONLY person who truly listened, understood exactly what I was describing, and validated my experience. Before ordering, she inquired and made certain my concerns were addressed including me in the decisions. She got me a new pair of Neurolens lenses that work perfectly, and I’m beyond happy. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. Eye Vision is absolutely my new go-to. Highly recommend!

10 stars !! They were great! Such a family friendly environment everyone was so kind and patient with my child (who won’t let you get a word in 😂 ) Dr. Tamburro is awesome! She was very thorough while still making it fun for kids.

Excellent service! The doctors are phenomenal and the staff are exceptional. My visits there are always pleasant and enjoyable. Also have a wonderful selection of eyeglass wear.

Yesterday was my first time here being seen by Dr Rossi and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The entire staff was courteous, professional and pleasant to interact with. I rate this practice a five out of five stars!
