I’m very happy with my experience! I ordered both reading glasses and distance glasses. A big thank-you to Zhenya for his excellent work! I brought a prescription from a reputable eye clinic to get glasses covered by my insurance. However, my prescription was not accepted, and instead, the staff conducted a careless and superficial eye exam. The glasses they provided caused headaches, difficulty focusing, eye misalignment, dizziness, and overly sharp vision, making them unusable. As a result, my insurance was charged unnecessarily, my time was wasted. I had to purchase glasses matching my original prescription from another company, which resolved all these problems. I am extremely dissatisfied!
Just picked up the third pair of glasses I've bought from Vision Palace in the last couple of years. Their selection is fantastic...like Art for your Face. But even more important, their service and opinions are amazing.
