I recently had an Eye Exam appointment at Pearl Vision located at 2103 Ralph Ave., Brooklyn NY. I have the most wonderful experience. Dr. Maria Katsev and her staff were the most professional, efficient and proficient personnel. Both were very nice, informative and helpful with answering my questions and providing the best service I could imagine. The entire process was smooth and expedient. The explain everything to me in detail along with clarifying with me on each part of the process before and after. Dr. Katsev offered valuable insight and advice. They were well organized and knowledgeable I didn’t feel nervous or had any anxiety. I highly recommend Pearl Vision for anyone looking for top-notch eye care or a simple eye exam or a routine check-up, new glasses. The staff at Pear Vision on Ralph Ave has you covered with professionalism. My visit was impressive. I highly recommend this store Thanks to their staff and quality service.

My daughter got her glasses from this store. When we went to pick them up, we noticed that one of the nose pads had already fallen off. We pointed it out, and the staff simply snapped it back on. On the way home, the same nose pad fell off again. A brand-new pair of glasses shouldn’t have parts falling off like that. When we went back to the store, they said they would replace the frame with a new one. However, the following month I received a bill charging me for two pairs of glasses. I would not recommend this store. They charged us twice because they gave us a defective frame in the first place.

I have been with this location in Brooklyn for a year and I am very satisfied. Excellent service. All examinations are done by my Practitioner ,Dr. Maria Katsev is professional, pleasant , very caring and patient .The employees always greet you with a smile.Highly recommend location.
