This is the first time I've ever been to an optometrist that actually cares about his patients not only as a patient but as a person. That's so rare to come by in general, but as a doctor is a straight up unicorn 💗 Dr Rye and his staff is awesome! I can definitely see why they're booked all the time in the best way possible
My experience was delightful. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The Doctor was polite, professional and personable. I trust Him with My eyes. The reception on the other hand "I will keep My comment to myself"
I had a great experience at Eagle Eye!!!! I have had to wear glasses since I was very young. Hands down best customer service from Alyssa at the front desk, very informative. Over the phone I had great experience with Ariana. She helped my bilingual mother. Valerie was very nice & kind in the back. She was gentle when I needed to go through all my pre-eye testing. Doctor Rye is amazing!!! He’s very thorough and kind. I will definitely keep coming back with my family!
I’ve been going to this optometrist since I was in middle school. The Dr and tech are patient and calm. They make me feel comfortable, and the wait time is fair. My son gets his eyes checked here too. With how young he is they know how to work w him without getting frustrated.
Terrible! They refused to book an appointment for my 7 year old’s eye test update! Spoke to Ariana Zavala, she claims “my second appointment was confirmed”, when I have proof it indeed wasn’t. She then refused to help me out with future appointments, and simply said there’s nothing she can do. I was not sent an appointment time, nor ever confirmed anything. I was not assisted, welcomed or pointed in the right direction. Poor service, poor communication, poor front desk help. She was dismissive, and not a representation of what I used to believe Eagle Eye was. I’m so disappointed with this service. I had good experiences prior, but after this I 100% would not recommend!
