Today is my daughter's first time at this facility. The Medical Assistant (Ashley) is great. She is a good listener and very polite. Ashley made sure my daughter medical concerns were taken care of. (Ashley) thank you for doing a great job.
I had an appointment and my mother was with me and she was able to be seen at the same time i was seen and she did not have an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. DR. Shauh was an amazing provider. He was very patient with me in my condition of eye problems. He explained my situation in detail and advised he would put a rush in my referal to see eye spcilist. I greatly appreciate the outco.e of my visit. My mother was also pleased and felt she received the best care. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Shauh.
Dr. Shah provided excellent ophthalmologic care during my visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and performed a thorough eye examination. He explained the assessment findings and treatment plan clearly, addressing all questions and concerns. Staff was courteous and efficient. Overall, a very positive clinical experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Shah for ophthalmic care.
The doctors are usually real nice here and my daughter feels really comfortable explaining what’s wrong with her (for example like if she’s not feeling good she’ll say the symptoms that she feels and she’ll answer freely) which is something that I love about this place.
